New attributes added to the GetUserAttr function

To further support customers by providing consistent localization and language experiences between the Qlik Cloud user interfaces and the apps and experiences they create in Qlik Sense, we have added the following attributes to the GetUserAttr function, which uses the current user’s profile settings on the tenant:

• userLocale: The preferred language setting of the user, for example en.

• userZoneinfo: The time zone of the user, for example Europe/London.
